This role of Administrative Assistant at Clayton Homes is a pivotal position within the company’s Home Center operations. The Administrative Assistant provides crucial support to the Home Center Manager and staff, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. This role is full-time and offers a competitive hourly wage between $19.00 and $21.00, reflecting the candidate's experience level. As an Administrative Assistant, your daily activities will encompass maintaining customer files in strict adherence to record retention policies, assisting with the preparation of sales packages, and handling correspondence such as letters, flyers, copies, and business card requests efficiently and professionally. You will serve as a first point of contact for customers, responding to general inquiries and routing phone calls and messages promptly and accurately. In collaboration with the Home Center team and home office staff, you will play an essential role in supporting sales, marketing, human resources, and other business processes that contribute to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction.
