As a Para Educator with Zen Educate, you will assist classroom teachers in creating an efficient and supportive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include working closely with individual students and small groups to reinforce instructional material, aiding with classroom communications, and ensuring the classroom remains conducive to learning and safety. You will be expected to employ various learning methods to enhance student experiences and provide personal care support such as hygiene assistance and toileting when necessary. This position requires physical activity, including moving around the classroom and assisting students physically when required.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $25, paid weekly. Work schedules are Monday to Friday within school hours, typically between 7:30 am and 3:00/4:30 pm, with no weekend work required. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children with special educational needs and providing personal care. Applicants must have professional proficiency in English and valid US work authorization, as Zen Educate does not provide employment visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
