Job Duties

  • perform a wide variety of clerical work including typing preparing requisitions proofreading filing checking and recording information on records
  • answer the telephone and provide information concerning school or departmental programs schedules and activities
  • assist in maintaining all necessary records and monthly reports
  • contact students and parents in verifying absences
  • assist administration with contacting students for various school programs and activities
  • review documents for accuracy completeness and conformance with established procedures
  • assist in preparing information for data processing
  • provide general assistance to students
  • assist in preparing student transcripts and student cumulative records
  • provide confidential clerical assistance as required
