We are looking to hire an exceptional Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team based in Chicopee, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in servicing the Northeastern convenience store market, delivering essential dry, refrigerated, and frozen products to multiple retail endpoints, including stores, institutions, schools, hospitals, colleges, and other establishments. With routes scheduled from Monday through Friday, drivers return home each night and enjoy weekends off, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will utilize safe and efficient delivery methods, including the use of a 2-wheel hand truck, to ensure product deliveries reach the customer’s front door without issue. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing floor-loaded product transfers and servicing accounts by collecting returns, refusals, and empty containers. Our drivers are expected to operate with the utmost safety and compliance, adhering strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) and state regulations to maintain our rigorous safety standards.
