The company operates with a mission to lead with integrity, aiming to build lasting relationships with customers while ensuring high standards in product delivery and distribution services. As a cornerstone business within the local market, it supports the supply chain needs of various retail and commercial accounts, emphasizing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Eagle Distributing's atmosphere encourages teamwork, safety, and personal growth, making it an attractive employer for candidates seeking a career in distribution and delivery roles.

The position being offered is that of a Delivery Driver and Merchandiser, a pivotal role in the company’s logistics and sales operations. Beyond delivery, responsibilities include rotating and stocking merchandise, following detailed stocking maps, and aiding supervisors and sales teams with merchandising efforts such as building displays, facing labels, and hanging point of sale materials. The ideal candidate will uphold company standards by maintaining impeccable driving records, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and equipment.

This role demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with customers. The delivery driver is expected to manage accurate daily records, including pre- and post-trip reports, delivery documentation, and payment collections. Working within a team environment and adapting to variable work hours is essential to meet business needs effectively. Compensation for this position is competitive, offering a $35,000 annual salary with additional bonus opportunities to reward performance. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals motivated by hard work, safety awareness, and a desire to contribute positively to a well-established company in the beverage distribution sector.
