We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Class C Box Truck Driver to join our delivery team in Arlington, TX. This is a full-time position offering a steady, local route with home daily, ideal for individuals who enjoy independent work and taking pride in delivering quality products to their community. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting pre-packaged baked goods to various local grocery and convenience stores, ensuring timely and safe delivery while maintaining professionalism in customer interactions.

The driver’s schedule includes start times at either 3 AM or 3 PM and shifts lasting between 8 to 10 hours, typically totaling 40 hours per week. This role offers a competitive wage of $21 per hour, with overtime pay available after 40 hours. As a full-time role with local deliveries, the driver will have the benefit of returning home every day without overnight stays, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Primary responsibilities include operating a Class C box truck safely and efficiently along established routes, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure truck safety and compliance, accurately completing delivery logs and required paperwork, and engaging professionally with store staff and customers.
