Located in Springdale, AR, Safety-Kleen is currently seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver to join their team. This role involves operating a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products and services within a defined route. The position offers a competitive pay range of $22 to $24 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits after 30 days of full-time employment, including 401K with company match and tuition reimbursement.

As a Sales and Service Route Driver, the individual will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction through safe and timely service execution. The job requires visiting multiple customer sites daily, typically between 10 to 12 sites, servicing machinery, handling hazardous waste safely, and generating new sales leads. Key responsibilities include switching out drums of solutions, cleaning sediment from parts washer machines, and servicing automotive repair, fleet, and manufacturing businesses. This role demands adherence to strict health and safety standards as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to environmental compliance and vehicle operation. The driver must also hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as basic computer and math proficiency to manage daily routes and record service details effectively. Job Duties

  • Ensure health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
  • May visit 10-12 customer sites per day
  • Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions
  • Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks
  • Up-sell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field
  • Service automotive repair, fleets, and manufacturing type businesses
  • Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick-ups in a timely manner
