Job Description

ProDrivers is a respected and forward-thinking transportation company specializing in providing reliable delivery services across various sectors. Known for its commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, ProDrivers has built a solid reputation for partnering with businesses that require precision and professionalism in their supply chain. The company operates primarily in the local delivery market, ensuring that sensitive and critical materials reach their destinations on time and in excellent condition. With an emphasis on employee support and continuous improvement, ProDrivers offers stable employment opportunities that foster career growth and skills development within the transportation industry.

Currently, ProDrivers is seeking dedicated Class B Truck Drivers for a reliable local position focused on delivering medical equipment and supplies. This role is especially suited for drivers who appreciate structured routes, consistent schedules, and meaningful work that directly impacts patient care and healthcare facilities. As a Class B Truck Driver with ProDrivers, you will be tasked with performing last mile deliveries that require a white glove service approach. This means handling delicate medical products such as dialysis medications and machines with utmost care, ensuring that every delivery is executed accurately and professionally.

The position involves making approximately 10 to 15 stops daily, delivering to hospitals, clinics, and patients' homes throughout the designated routes. Drivers must be comfortable entering healthcare environments and interacting directly with customers, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Due to the sensitive nature of the cargo, care and attention to detail are paramount. ProDrivers supports its drivers with equipment such as stair climbers and electric pallet jacks where necessary to facilitate the safe handling of deliveries.

The role demands physical strength and stamina since it involves repeated lifting of heavy boxes as part of the delivery process. Given the high-touch customer service aspect, drivers must also be friendly and approachable, embodying the company’s values with every customer interaction. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with routes generally starting at 7 AM and lasting 10 to 12 hours per day. Some Saturdays may be required depending on delivery demands, but the predictable hours make this position suitable for those seeking a balanced work-life routine.

In return for their dedication, drivers at ProDrivers receive competitive weekly pay ranging between $1000 and $1400, supplemented by a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, and Individual Retirement Account (IRA) options. This comprehensive package underscores ProDrivers’ commitment to valuing their employees' wellbeing both on and off the job.

For truck drivers committed to dependable, safe delivery and who thrive in a customer-focused environment, this role offers both stability and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the healthcare delivery sector. ProDrivers encourages qualified candidates who hold a valid Class A or B CDL and have relevant recent driving experience to apply promptly and join a team where their efforts are recognized and rewarded.
