Emerald Services is currently seeking a Local Class B Route Driver to join their safety-conscious team in Seattle. This full-time position offers a competitive starting hourly wage of $28, plus commissions, and includes a substantial sign-on bonus of $7,500. The role primarily involves operating a Class B tanker truck to pick up waste oil and antifreeze across multiple customer sites, ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times. The Local Class B Route Driver typically makes between 10 to 15 stops daily, pumping out tanks and drums using specialized hoses and collecting samples as required.

Job Requirements
- Class B commercial driver’s license
- ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement
- ability to obtain Tanker endorsement
- prior driving experience preferred
- ability to use electronic logging devices
- excellent customer service abilities
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Class B CDL required
- ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- previous route experience preferred
- ability to use a handheld device (ELD)
- strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Ensure health and safety compliance with all safe work practices, policies, and processes
- operate a Class B tanker truck making 10-15 stops per day
