This includes medical, dental, and vision insurance paired with life and disability coverages to provide employees and their families with peace of mind. Additional benefits such as 14 weeks of paid childbirth leave support growing families, while the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, tuition assistance, paid holidays, and vacation reinforce Airgas’s commitment to future security and work-life balance. Employees will also benefit from deploying modern technologies including on-board computers, collision avoidance systems, and advanced camera technology, making the delivery experience safer and more efficient.
