The available position is for a licensed CDL Driver who will play a vital role in the delivery and handling of building materials. This is a local delivery role, with no over-the-road travel required, ideal for candidates seeking stability and a rewarding career within the construction supply industry. In this role, the driver is responsible for the safe operation of delivery vehicles, ensuring that every delivery is handled with the utmost care and accuracy from the loading process at the warehouse to the final placement on job sites.

Candidates will be tasked with managing the entire delivery process, including motor vehicle operation, safe loading and unloading of materials, and adherence to all relevant safety regulations and traffic laws. The driver must effectively oversee the unloading operation to guarantee materials are delivered in good condition, properly arranged, and accurately placed as per the order. Handling heavy building materials and coordinating with site personnel requires physical strength and teamwork.

The position also necessitates familiarity with operating specialized equipment such as boom trucks, cranes, or Gradalls when required by the customer's specific needs.
