The company prides itself on building close relationships with its customers through a team of dedicated sales representatives, chefs, consultants, and other experts who offer support in improving their operations, menu development, product selection, and strategic planning. Performance Foodservice goes beyond simply delivering food; it supports restaurant owners and other clients in achieving their business goals and dreams, making it an essential partner in the food service industry.

The driver ensures timely, safe, and accurate deliveries while representing the company professionally to customers, vendors, and coworkers. The job necessitates adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, thorough vehicle and cargo inspections, and proper documentation. Drivers also have the responsibility to load and unload products, verify deliveries, manage returns, and maintain a clean and secure working environment.
This is a full-time position with a competitive wage of $22 per hour. The schedule typically runs from Tuesday through Saturday, with average start times between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m., and shift lengths of 10 to 12 hours. Performance Foodservice offers an inclusive work environment that emphasizes safety, respect, and recognition, along with numerous employee benefits starting from day one.
