Job Description

Texas Pride Fuels is a seasoned full-service diesel and lubricant supplier operating primarily within the oil and gas industry. The company specializes in providing on-site, 24-hour automated frac fueling services across Texas, southeast New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Known for their commitment to technological advancement and safety, Texas Pride Fuels has built a reputation as an industry leader dedicated to delivering dependable fuel and lubricant solutions to energy sector clients. Their focus on safety and innovation positions them as trusted partners in the energy business, ensuring continuous operations even under demanding conditions.

The company is currently seeking a Flex Driver based out of Springtown, TX, to join their team. This role involves hauling various critical products such as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), oil, and diesel fuel to and from designated customer locations primarily within the North Texas region. The Flex Driver will operate a range of Class A equipment including flatbed, step-deck, and tanker trailers. Essential responsibilities also include advising customers on industrial lubricants and diesel fuel applications, utilizing their knowledge to support client needs effectively, as well as verifying and processing shipment documentation accurately.

This position offers a competitive starting wage of $24 per hour with planned raises based on time on the job during the first year, in addition to overtime pay, a $300 sign-on bonus, and a daily per diem of $69. Work schedules are structured around either a rotating shift system of 5 days on/2 days off followed by 5 days on/3 days off or an alternative cycle of 3 weeks on/1 week off, with 12-hour shifts available for both day and night. The scheduling flexibility reflects Texas Pride Fuels' commitment to accommodating employee needs while maintaining operational efficiency. Benefits include paid training, paid time off within the first year, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days of employment, and a 401k plan with a 4% company match after one year of service.

Candidates for this role must hold a valid Class A driver’s license with tanker and hazmat endorsements and maintain a clean driving record. A minimum of 2 years' experience operating Class A vehicles is required, with a preference for those who have experience hauling hazardous materials using tanker trailers. Strong safety awareness, basic knowledge of hand tools, and some Microsoft Excel skills are also necessary. The job requires the ability to adapt to dynamic situations individually or as part of a team while withstanding physical demands such as working long hours in inclement weather wearing personal protective equipment. Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" exam, drug tests, background checks, and must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.

Overall, this is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers seeking a rewarding position within a reputable energy industry supplier that values safety, technology, and employee development.
