Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months commercial driving experience
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Meet all applicable state licensing or certification requirements
- Clean motor vehicle record for the past 3 years
- Pass drug test and criminal background check after job offer
- Successfully complete road test
- Possess a current DOT health card or be able to obtain one
- Ability to hand-lift and operate equipment to move products weighing between 10 and 90 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- 6+ months commercial driving experience
- Valid CDL-A
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements where applicable
- Clean motor vehicle report for past 3 years
- Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
- Pass road test
- Attain or have valid current DOT health card and/or able to secure new DOT health card
- Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift
Job Duties
- Drive to assigned supplier/vendor and/or PFG warehouse locations according to predetermined route and delivery schedule
- Deliver assigned loads back to PFG warehouse locations ensuring timely pick-ups and accurate product receipt
- Perform load and paperwork inspections including product counts, invoices, and quality checks
- Complete all required paperwork associated with backhaul operations accurately and legibly
- Check in routinely with direct supervisor to confirm route, load, and schedule and report load drop-off/pick-up issues or schedule changes
- Secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork at shift end
- Perform other related duties as assigned
