Specific responsibilities include performing safety checks and inspections, reporting safety issues or required repairs promptly, adhering to all DOT and company driving regulations, securing freight properly, managing route paperwork, and executing hook/unhook procedures safely. The driver will also be responsible for parking and storing equipment appropriately, securing damaged goods and customer returns, unloading equipment and trash as needed, maintaining accurate service logs, and performing general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

This position operates on a third-shift schedule, typically working Sunday through Thursday nights, with schedules that may vary. The pay range for this role is $67,000 to $77,000 annually, reflecting the importance and responsibility of the role within the company's supply chain operations.

Joining Performance Foodservice not only means contributing to the distribution of essential food products but also becoming part of a company that values diversity and inclusion, holds equal employment opportunity commitments, and strives to create a nurturing, rewarding workplace.
