Known for their commitment to efficiency and quality service, CPC Logistics has established itself as a reliable partner in freight transportation and driver staffing solutions. The company specializes in connecting qualified professional drivers with trucking opportunities to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods. With a focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction, CPC Logistics operates with an experienced team that supports drivers and clients alike in achieving operational success. They maintain a dynamic and supportive work environment aimed at retaining dedicated staff and encouraging professional growth in the logistics sector. This approach has positioned them as a trusted name within the industry, particularly in the Phoenix area where demand for seasoned Class A drivers continues to grow.

The current opportunity at CPC Logistics is for a Part-Time Class A Driver based out of Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves operating tractor trailers primarily on shuttle routes between Phoenix and Las Vegas with a work schedule of Monday through Friday. Drivers will be expected to start shifts at 2 pm, with daily hours ranging from 10 to 12, accommodating the busy and time-sensitive nature of freight logistics. The position offers competitive compensation, set at a rate of $27.69 per hour, and includes overtime pay calculated after 40 hours within a workweek. Weekly pay periods provide drivers with consistent and timely income, reinforcing CPC Logistics’ commitment to employee satisfaction.

In addition to competitive pay, CPC Logistics provides a range of benefits to support the well-being of its drivers. Eligible employees can access voluntary medical, dental, and vision insurance plans after completing 90 days of employment, helping to ensure health and financial security for drivers and their families. There is also a 401(k) retirement plan available, encouraging long-term financial planning. The job requires candidates to be at least 21 years old and to hold a valid Arizona Class A CDL license, with recent and verifiable tractor-trailer experience spanning the last three years. Flexibility in working extended hours and willingness to participate in loading and unloading duties when necessary are also essential aspects of the role. Compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements is mandatory to uphold safety and regulatory standards.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work in a structured, Monday through Friday environment with reliable weekly pay, as well as those who appreciate the opportunity to work in an established logistics company known for its supportive operations center and dedicated focus on driver staffing. CPC Logistics offers an engaging work atmosphere where professionalism is valued, and employee contributions are recognized. Whether you are an experienced Class A driver looking for a dependable part-time role or seeking to maintain your skill set in shuttle operations between two key cities, this role provides a great opportunity to join a company that prioritizes safety, consistency, and driver success in the logistics industry.
