The role requires skilled handling of freight, including loading, unloading, and securing products, while maintaining accurate records and paperwork associated with deliveries. Drivers will manage delivery routes that may include intrastate and interstate travel, shuttle, and overnight routes, depending on business needs. Customer service skills are critical in achieving the company’s mission to build lasting customer relationships and support the success of foodservice operations.
