Job Description

We are a specialized cryogenic transportation carrier dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality logistics solutions across the continental United States. Our company prides itself on offering unique opportunities for professional CDL-A drivers who are seeking structured home time, competitive pay, and consistent work. We focus exclusively on cryogenic transport, an essential and highly regulated sector that demands the highest standards of safety and professionalism. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to our drivers’ well-being, we deliver stable employment options alongside premium benefits that truly stand out in the trucking industry.

This role as a CDL-A Driver for our Dedicated Regional Projects is designed for experienced drivers who value predictability and security in their schedules. The position operates on a unique 21 days on the road and 7 days at home rotation, ensuring clear and consistent home time every four weeks. This structured schedule not only supports work-life balance but also maximizes earnings potential. Our projects span all 48 continental states, offering geographic variety while maintaining regional proximity for efficient route planning.

Drivers will be assigned brand-new Peterbilt 579 trucks, exclusively theirs for the duration of each project, ensuring familiarity and ownership of their equipment. Safety and consistency are paramount; trucks are securely parked at project sites during driver home time, and no one else will operate the vehicle. When a project concludes, drivers receive paid deadhead miles to their next assignment, ensuring continuous work and income.

Compensation is competitive with a starting pay rate of $300.30 per day for six days, plus an additional $125 for the reset day, translating to a first-year average annual income between $85,000 and $100,000. Pay raises occur every six months at $3 a day increments, capped at $324 per day. Experienced and certified cryogenic trainers earn an additional $100 per day after one year of service. Drivers also benefit from a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid after orientation and training, along with layover and detention pay of $125 per day.

Our benefits package is comprehensive and designed to truly support our drivers and their families. Health insurance includes best-in-class coverage with a family plan available at just $171 per week. We offer a 401(k) plan with a 100% company match up to 5%, paid life insurance with a $100,000 policy, paid holidays after a 60-day probation, and one week of paid time off in the first year. We invest heavily in training, offering a thorough two-week paid shadow program that includes driver shadowing and independent driving with a trainer. Training pay is $125 per day with a training completion bonus after the first successful load delivery.

This role requires drivers to have a valid CDL-A license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements before applying, be at least 23 years old, and have a minimum of one year of over-the-road or regional driving experience in the past three years. Our hiring standards prioritize safety and compliance with no DOT-preventable accidents or major moving violations in the recent past, along with stringent drug testing and background checks. We welcome drivers committed to travel across the continental US, excluding California, and who are prepared to fly as part of the rotation.

If you are an experienced CDL-A driver looking for a smarter schedule, top pay, and excellent benefits in cryogenic transport, we encourage you to apply today and take your trucking career to the next level.
