With decades of experience, Pacific Coast Supply has earned a reputation for reliability and quality in the supply of essential building materials. The company operates within an industry that demands precision, safety, and timely delivery of materials, and Pacific Coast Supply meets these demands with a strong commitment to employee development and customer satisfaction.

Pacific Coast Supply emphasizes the importance of its employees, recognizing them as the most valuable resource and a critical component of its ongoing success. The company’s core mission includes attracting and retaining the highest quality candidates who are motivated by career growth and the opportunity to contribute to a thriving enterprise. By fostering an environment of learning and advancement, Pacific Coast Supply encourages employees to develop their skills and progress professionally. The role currently available is for Class A or B drivers. The ideal candidates for this driving position must hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record or possess a valid CDL permit and be interested in company-sponsored training programs. Pacific Coast Supply supports the professional growth of its workforce by offering training to material handlers who aspire to become CDL drivers, providing a direct path for career advancement within the company. In this way, the company not only fills immediate driving needs but also invests in the future of its employees' careers.

Beyond the role itself, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package to employees, underscoring its commitment to their health, financial security, and overall well-being. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with matching contributions, profit sharing, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation and sick time, life insurance, and wellness programs. These benefits position Pacific Coast Supply as a competitive employer within the building products distribution sector. The company also promotes a drug-free workplace and is an equal opportunity employer, encouraging applications from all qualified individuals including those with a criminal record who are seeking new career opportunities.
