This extensive network allows the company to provide reliable and efficient 1-day shipping to 95 percent of the country, ensuring that hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers receive lifesaving medical products promptly. Medline Industries is a global leader in healthcare supply solutions, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service. The role of a Driver at MedTrans is pivotal within the organization, tasked with the responsibility of operating a Class A vehicle to transport medical products safely and efficiently. This position requires a professional driver dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service. Drivers are expected to load and secure medical products meticulously before embarking on their routes, ensuring that each delivery is handled with care and precision. The job demands adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, including performing regular vehicle inspections, logging travel and cargo details according to federal and state laws, and communicating proactively with the dispatch team to address any changes in delivery routes or schedules.

In addition to technical and operational competencies, the role emphasizes building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Drivers serve as the face of MedTrans during deliveries, providing in-person assistance, addressing inquiries, and delivering necessary documentation. The position also values a driver’s ability to manage time effectively to complete multiple delivery stops within scheduled windows, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Employment with MedTrans offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $32.00, commensurate with the applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. MedTrans promotes work-life balance, notably through local routes that allow drivers to return home daily. Furthermore, new and well-maintained equipment is supplied to ensure driver safety and comfort.

Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. The company offers professional growth and development opportunities for employees wishing to advance their careers.
