This opportunity is for a Transportation Driver based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a competitive annual salary range between $80,000 and $100,000. The position also includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and monthly performance bonuses of up to $500. Drivers generally work Monday through Friday, starting at 3am with dispatch and operate local routes ensuring they return home daily. The Transportation Driver's role involves a variety of tasks that include driving tractor-trailers, completing safety inspections, managing freight, and customer service. Drivers typically offload 10,000 to 12,000 pounds of freight daily using hand trucks and dollies, ensuring products are delivered in excellent condition.
