These drivers play a critical role within the food supply chain, not only ensuring that products arrive safely and punctually at their destinations but also serving as the brand's ambassadors, fostering strong customer relationships through professionalism and outstanding service. This is an hourly role with competitive starting pay between $68,000 and $72,000 annually, factoring in base pay plus overtime, based on a 4-day workweek schedule. The position offers a day shift starting between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., Saturday through Monday off, and home daily, making it a desirable opportunity for work-life balance.

In this role, drivers are responsible for operating tractor-trailers or straight trucks on local, intrastate, and interstate routes, including over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and drive-and-drop assignments. Safety and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations are paramount. Drivers conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, manage freight loading and unloading, verify delivery accuracy, and maintain detailed and legible documentation.
