We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled CDL-A Drivers to join our team and play a vital role in the country’s food supply chain. The CDL-A Driver position involves operating tractor trailers or straight trucks on various routes including intrastate, interstate, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop routes. The primary responsibility is delivering food and related products safely and on time, while adhering strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety policies. Drivers are expected to conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety standards and report any issues promptly. The role demands excellent communication skills as drivers serve as the face of the company when interacting with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

This position offers competitive pay starting at a minimum of $350 per day with work schedules of 4-5 days per week, based on business needs, and shifts averaging 10-12 hours. There are no Sunday shifts required, providing a better work-life balance. The dispatch window typically falls between 12 AM and 5 AM depending on the assigned route, and days off are split.
