This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000+ annually, with uncapped pay potential, quarterly safety bonuses, unlimited referral bonuses, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers. The work schedule is flexible, featuring 4- or 5-day work weeks with some routes requiring up to two nights away from home per week. Drivers receive approximately $145 per diem and overnight compensation, along with access to new, well-maintained equipment.

Key responsibilities include performing all required safety inspections before and after trips, verifying that trailers are properly loaded and secured, completing accurate paperwork, and maintaining the security of freight and equipment.
