The US Foods Driver role is a critical position responsible for delivering food products efficiently and safely to customers, ensuring that delivery times and quality expectations are consistently met. Operating primarily out of Plymouth, MN, this role requires working early morning shifts from Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off weekly, enabling a balanced work-life schedule. Beginning pay for this role starts at $39.25 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and additional incentives based on performance metrics such as cases handled, mileage, and stops made. Drivers contribute not only by transporting goods but also by providing key customer service interactions, managing payments and collections when necessary, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of every delivery.

This position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and compliance with safety and transportation regulations. Drivers are entrusted with operating commercial trucks with CDL Class A licenses, which may require manual transmission operation, and following strict protocols, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all equipment.
