The role of Food and Food Service Delivery Driver at Core-Mark is integral to sustaining the company’s commitment to reliable and timely distribution services. Drivers not only execute logistics and safety functions but also embody Core-Mark’s values as the company’s representative when interacting with customers.
Delivery Drivers at Core-Mark operate tractor-trailers or straight trucks on varied routes including local, shuttle, and overnight deliveries. The position requires physical strength for handling product cases ranging generally from 10 to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 90 pounds, along with the ability to use equipment such as two-wheelers and lift gates.
In addition to performing their core duties with precision and care, drivers work collaboratively as a team to support the broader company mission. Core-Mark fosters a safe and inclusive work environment characterized by a culture of rewards, recognition, and respect. The company offers comprehensive benefits including Day 1 Health and Wellness coverage, 401K employer matching, employee stock purchase plans, and education assistance to promote employee growth and well-being.
