Class A Delivery Driver

We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Food and Food Service Delivery Drivers to join our team. These drivers play an essential role in supporting America’s food supply chain by ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery of food products to various customers. As the frontline representatives of Core-Mark, delivery drivers build long-lasting relationships with clients, communicate professionally, and uphold the company’s commitment to outstanding service. Delivery Drivers primarily operate tractor-trailers or straight trucks on local, shuttle, interstate, and overnight routes, delivering food and food-related items in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Responsibilities include carrying out pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections, maintaining vehicle safety standards, accurately completing delivery paperwork, unloading and securing freight, performing damage control checks, and collecting customer signatures and payments when necessary. Drivers must also maintain proper records of hours of service per federal, state, and company policies, and ensure cleanliness and organization of vehicles and loading docks at all times.

Working a Tuesday to Saturday schedule with AM and PM shift options available, this role offers the advantage of being home daily, providing a healthy work-life balance. The position requires physical capability to lift and handle freight weighing between 10 and up to 90 pounds, as well as proficiency in using equipment such as two-wheelers and lift gates to efficiently move and stack product cases.
