Job Description

Tri-National is a reputable door-to-door transportation service provider known for efficiently moving freight throughout the Midwest, extending from Mexico through southwest Texas, into Detroit and Canada. As a highly regarded company in the trucking industry, Tri-National prides itself on delivering outstanding safety, service, and satisfaction to both their professional drivers and the customers they serve. The company supports a positive working environment and champions diversity by recognizing and empowering women in transportation. This recognition has earned Tri-National the status of being a top company for women to work within the trucking sector for eight consecutive years. This commitment underlines the company’s dedication not only to operational excellence but also to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace. Tri-National operates a fleet of 2022-2025 Volvo trucks equipped with the latest features focused on driver safety and comfort, including refrigerators, inverters, and advanced Omnitracs systems with electronic logs. The company guarantees minimal East Coast or West Coast travel, emphasizing repetitive lanes centered in central states, which enhances predictability, increases home time, and reduces driver fatigue. The use of a 53-foot dry van fleet, 90 percent drop and hook, and 100 percent no-touch freight ensures streamlined operations and reduces physical strain on drivers. Dispatch support is available 24/7, ensuring drivers have reliable communication and assistance throughout their routes. Tri-National offers unlimited home time, one of the most generous in the industry, which greatly improves work-life balance for its drivers. Team TNi also provides a passenger ride-along program, allowing drivers to bring family or friends on the road for companionship. Financially, Tri-National rewards its drivers generously: solo drivers can earn up to $1800 weekly with various bonuses such as a $5,000 solo driver sign-on bonus, monthly safety bonuses, and a $3,500 driver referral bonus with no cap on referrals. Team drivers can receive up to a $12,500 sign-on bonus. Additional financial advantages include paid loaded and empty miles, pay for practical miles, paid tolls and scales, direct deposit, and weekly pay schedules. Health and welfare benefits are comprehensive, including family health, dental, and vision insurance, yearly paid vacations, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Tri-National actively encourages people with criminal records to apply, demonstrating its commitment to opportunities for all qualified candidates. Employment with Tri-National is full-time with competitive annual salaries ranging from $80,000 to $90,000. This career offers drivers stability, excellent earning potential, industry-leading home time, and a supportive working environment on the road.
