Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- CDL A license
- Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience within last year
- DOT compliant 2005 or newer tractor
- Clean driving record
- No DUI or OWI in last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in last 3 years
- Pass physical and drug screen
- Clear criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past year
- Proven safe driving history
- Ability to pass physical and drug screenings
- Knowledge of DOT compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with intermodal freight operations
Job Duties
- Operate tractor-trailers to transport freight across designated routes
- Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Manage load security and documentation
- Communicate effectively with terminal staff and customers
- Adhere to company policies on no forced dispatch and light touch freight handling
