The company operates with a focus on local reefer deliveries, particularly in the grocery distribution sector, ensuring the timely and safe transport of perishable goods to retail locations. CPC Logistics prides itself on offering competitive wages and flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of its workforce.

This role involves working as a Class A CDL truck driver responsible for performing local refrigerated deliveries primarily during the PM shift starting at 5 pm. Drivers will operate primarily in local territories such as Stockton, Sacramento, Modesto, and the Bay Area, emphasizing home-daily routes that provide the comfort of returning home each day. The work schedule involves shifts from Thursday to Saturday and every other Wednesday, with weekend work being mandatory. The hourly wage for this position is $28.84, with weekly paychecks issued every Friday to ensure timely compensation.

Applicants must meet several key criteria including being at least 21 years of age, holding a current and valid California Class A CDL license, and having a minimum of 12 to 24 months of recent tractor-trailer delivery experience within the last three years, excluding bus or coach driving experience. The role also demands adherence to Department of Transportation regulations and requirements, physical capability to assist with freight offloading, and a readiness to work on weekend schedules. CPC Logistics seeks individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and professional to join their team and uphold the high standards of service delivery.

This opportunity provides not just a job but a career path with a respected logistics provider that values its drivers and invests in their success. Drivers enjoy competitive pay, consistent scheduling, and the benefit of working for a company that fully supports diversity and inclusion. CPC Logistics is committed to facilitating a seamless hiring process and encourages qualified candidates to apply by completing the DOT application with full work history details, ensuring that all information is provided for efficient processing.
