Haslam II and currently led by CEO Adam Wright, this company has grown to encompass more than 750 retail and fueling locations across 44 states and six Canadian provinces. With a team of over 30,000 employees, Pilot Company exemplifies a people-first culture and unwavering commitment to giving back to the communities it serves. The company's energy and logistics division is a key player in the petroleum supply chain, managing one of the largest tanker fleets in the country and providing essential services to oil operations in some of the nation’s busiest basins. Beyond fuel distribution, Pilot Company brings expertise in supply chain and retail operations, logistics and transportation, technology, digital innovation, construction, maintenance, human resources, finance, sales, and marketing, ensuring a holistic approach to business success.

The Refined Fuel Driver role in Murfreesboro, TN, offers an exciting opportunity for experienced drivers with a Class A CDL to join this industry leader. This position is classified as a full-time employment opportunity with competitive pay rates ranging between $27.50 and $30.00 per hour, translating to an estimated annual salary of $89,000 to $98,000 based on a 55-hour workweek. During the initial training period of approximately 2-6 weeks, drivers earn $25.50 per hour. The role requires an excellent driving record, and while petroleum industry experience is preferred, it is not strictly necessary. Drivers must possess a Class A CDL along with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and have at least one year of tractor/trailer driving experience.

As a Refined Fuel Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting refined fuel products to various destinations, ensuring timely delivery, and adhering to both federal and company safety regulations. Pilot Company places a high priority on driver safety and offers additional compensation incentives such as night shift pay, weekend pay, safety enhancement pay, and driver trainer pay for qualified individuals. There are also substantial bonuses and meal coupons offered as part of the compensation package. This role is ideal for someone eager to advance their career within a well-established and supportive company structure that values growth and development opportunities. The company also fosters a robust benefits program, enhancing work-life balance and overall employee well-being.
