Job Description

Koch Trucking is a reputable and family-owned trucking company that has been in operation for over 40 years. As one of the six divisions that constitute Koch Companies, it offers a comprehensive range of transportation services including truckload freight hauling, logistics, warehousing, and truck/trailer leasing. Known for its strong company culture and driver-focused approach, Koch Trucking has earned recognition such as the 2025 Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation by the Women in Trucking Association, and it has been named a Top 200 Workplace by the Minneapolis Star Tribune. The company prides itself on providing an exceptional working environment equipped with modern technology and benefits that support drivers' professional and personal lives.

Koch Trucking is currently seeking to hire Class A CDL Drivers for its Dedicated Division, based primarily out of Aurora, Colorado. These positions offer steady, consistent miles via dedicated routes that provide drivers with the advantage of familiarity with the roads and customers they serve. This opportunity offers drivers the potential for average annual earnings of approximately $80,000, with top performers earning up to $85,000. Starting pay is $0.60 per mile, and drivers can expect weekly home time, as well as an additional drop and stop pay that averages an extra $10,000 annually. A hiring bonus of $6,000 is paid monthly over the first year, and all expenses for orientation are covered, including stays in luxury hotels located in Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA.

Koch Trucking emphasizes its family-oriented culture and its commitment to balancing career and personal life. The fleet consists of trucks that are three years old or newer with an average fleet age of 16 months. Trucks include Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models equipped with features that enhance driver comfort and convenience such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wrap, double bunks, and built-in inverters. Additionally, the company offers paid time off beginning from the first day, including three floating holidays each year.

Another key benefit is comprehensive health coverage featuring health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Drivers receive a free iPad with a data package to stay connected with family and friends. The company supports drivers via a 24/7/365 road service assistance program and provides a $3,000 referral bonus. Moreover, the Rolling Strong driver app and free drivers lounge amenities, including personal care items and food, further enhance the overall driver experience. Koch Trucking encourages experienced company drivers, owner-operators, military veterans, and women to apply for these roles, demonstrating the company’s inclusive hiring philosophy.

Overall, this role with Koch Trucking is ideal for CDL Class A drivers who seek a dedicated driving position with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a work-life balance that allows them to spend quality time at home. Drivers will benefit from a strong support system, state-of-the-art equipment, and a respectful culture, making this a premier choice in the transportation industry.
