Koch Trucking is actively seeking Class A CDL drivers to join its Over the Road (OTR) division. This division boasts a fully optimized network of customers, enabling drivers to receive consistent miles and maximize their earning potential. Drivers in this role can expect an average annual earning of approximately $72,000, with starting pay ranging from $0.58 to $0.60 per mile depending on experience, and top performers can earn up to $90,000 annually. The position features a home time schedule of being out for 7-10 days based on the driver's location and offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Drivers benefit from an 85% drop and hook load requirement and 99% no-touch freight, which minimizes manual handling and improves efficiency. Compensation additionally includes drop, stop, and detention pay. The company prides itself on its modern fleet, with all trucks being 3 years old or newer and an average fleet age of only 16 months.
