Koch Trucking is actively seeking Class A CDL drivers to join its Over the Road (OTR) division. This division boasts a fully optimized network of customers, enabling drivers to receive consistent miles and maximize their earning potential. Drivers in this role can expect an average annual earning of approximately $72,000, with starting pay ranging from $0.58 to $0.60 per mile depending on experience, and top performers can earn up to $90,000 annually. The position features a home time schedule of being out for 7-10 days based on the driver's location and offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
Drivers benefit from an 85% drop and hook load requirement and 99% no-touch freight, which minimizes manual handling and improves efficiency. Compensation additionally includes drop, stop, and detention pay. The company prides itself on its modern fleet, with all trucks being 3 years old or newer and an average fleet age of only 16 months. This means drivers can operate some of the most advanced and reliable equipment available, such as Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadias outfitted with amenities like refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters, all designed to enhance driver comfort and safety.
Koch Trucking also ensures drivers' professional growth and wellbeing with all expenses paid orientation held at luxury hotels in Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA. Drivers are paid weekly and start accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) on their first day, alongside three floating holidays annually. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 22 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of one year of Class A CDL OTR or regional experience
- Stable work history
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical examination
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
