Koch Trucking is currently hiring Class A CDL drivers to join their flatbed division. This role offers drivers the opportunity to maximize earning potential while driving consistently steady miles hauling oversized flatbed loads. Employees benefit from competitive pay starting at $0.64 per mile, with average annual earnings approximately $88,000. Top performers can earn up to $98,000 annually. Additional financial incentives include a $6,000 hiring bonus paid throughout the first year, stop pay, securement pay, tarp pay, and over-dimensional pay that can range from $75 - $200 based on miles, with extra loads over 64,000 pounds rewarding an additional $400. Cross-border drivers earn $100 per loaded border crossing when traveling to Canada.

This position offers excellent home time, allowing drivers to be out for 14-21 days based on their location. New drivers receive paid orientation at luxurious hotels in Roseville, Minnesota and Appling, Georgia, where training is provided for those without flatbed experience to ensure competence and confidence. The Koch fleet features relatively new trucks averaging 16 months in age, including Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadias equipped with modern amenities such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, built-in inverters, and many other driver-friendly features that enhance comfort and convenience for long hauls.

Drivers are paid weekly and begin accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) from day one, alongside three floating holidays each year.
