Koch Trucking is currently seeking dedicated Class A CDL Drivers to join their Dedicated Division as Utility Drivers. The utility driver position involves working on several dedicated fleets across the Midwest, providing the opportunity to develop familiarity with routes and clients, ensuring steady and predictable miles. Koch Trucking’s Dedicated Dry Van Fleet offers a well-structured and rewarding career path, featuring competitive pay starting at $0.60 per mile with multi-stop load pay at $25 per stop and guaranteed weekly pay of $1,600, ensuring income stability for drivers.

The role emphasizes flexibility, as utility drivers fill in across multiple fleets as needed, but also includes regular home time every 10 to 14 days to support work-life balance, a critical aspect for long-haul drivers. Night driving is required, adding variety and challenge to the schedule.
