Currently, CPC Logistics is seeking experienced Class A CDL Delivery Truck Drivers to join their Private Fleet Operations group based in Natchitoches, Louisiana. This is a full-time opportunity designed for motivated drivers who value competitive pay, steady work schedules, and comprehensive benefits starting from the first day of employment. Drivers will work five days a week with specific routes tailored for efficient retail delivery operations. Peddle Route Drivers begin their day around 6 a.m. making tailgate deliveries to Walgreens stores via a roller system. This route operates Monday through Friday and includes a layover on Thursdays. Relay Route Drivers start their shifts at 5 p.m., traveling to Waxahachie Distribution Center for drop and hook operations Tuesday through Saturday.

The compensation structure is highly competitive, including a base hourly rate of $28.30, paid overtime after eight hours, plus mileage payment for relay routes. CPC Logistics offers a weekly minimum guarantee based on 40 hours at the hourly rate, with scheduled pay increases at six, 12, and 18-month milestones. The company also provides weekly paychecks to ensure financial stability and peace of mind for their drivers.
