The company stands out for offering competitive compensation packages and a stable working environment designed to keep drivers safely home daily with consistent schedules, fostering a strong sense of community and job satisfaction among employees.

This role is tailored for professional truck drivers seeking a full-time, stable local driving position with excellent benefits and a clear path to long-term financial security. Drivers will enjoy a Monday to Friday or alternate five-day workweek, ensuring they maintain a healthy work-life balance with a predictable schedule. Compensation for this role averages between $1,300 to $1,600 weekly, paid hourly plus mileage. The company also offers nine paid holidays annually, as well as paid vacation time, further enhancing the work-life balance for its driving team.

Crucially, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance, showcasing a full commitment to the overall well-being of its employees. Beyond conventional benefits, the company has an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), allowing drivers to own part of the company they work for, thus enabling them to share in the company’s financial success and growth over time. Additionally, employees participate in a 401(k) plan complete with matching contributions and profit-sharing, supporting retirement savings and financial planning.

The role is ideal for an experienced Class A CDL driver with verifiable experience who values safety, reliability, and comprehensive benefits. The company prioritizes a safe workplace and has strict hiring criteria, ensuring its team maintains excellent driving records and supports safe road practices. Drivers who join this company will not only enjoy a secure and rewarding local driving job but also have the opportunity to build a career with progressive financial benefits tied to company ownership. This opportunity is perfect for those wanting to settle into a dependable, fulfilling driving position that promises daily time at home and a consistent schedule, combined with substantial employer support and benefits.
