With dispatch times for day shift routes between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM and night shift routes between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, drivers have flexibility in scheduling while earning competitive wages. The company values hard work and recognizes efforts, with average Core-Mark drivers earning over $80,000 annually, and top drivers earning up to $100,000 or more.

Drivers are responsible for conducting all safety checks to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company standards. This includes performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and trailers, reporting any safety issues or hazards, and ensuring freight is properly loaded and secured. They maintain accurate records and paperwork, communicate professionally with customers and team members, and take part in general housekeeping and equipment security tasks.
