We prioritize a safe and inclusive work environment with a culture of rewards, recognition, and respect, reflecting our commitment to employee well-being and community engagement.

This opportunity is for a Transportation position based in Flagstaff, AZ, where you will play a vital role in America's food supply chain. We are seeking dedicated and professional Food and Food Service Delivery Drivers responsible for operating tractor-trailers or straight trucks on local, intrastate, and interstate routes, including over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight deliveries. Drivers ensure timely and safe delivery of food and related products to customers, maintaining high standards of service and safety according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. This role not only involves logistical delivery tasks but also represents the face of Core-Mark to our customers, fostering strong relationships through professionalism and exceptional service.

Drivers are compensated competitively, with pay based on miles driven, stops made, and unloading performed, leading to an average annual salary up to $75,000. Typical day routes dispatch early in the morning between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. In addition to competitive pay, Core-Mark offers extensive benefits from day one, including health and wellness programs, 401K matching, education assistance, employee stock purchase plans, and paid time off.

The position requires strict adherence to DOT safety regulations, comprehensive vehicle inspections before and after trips, accurate documentation of freight and deliveries, and effective communication with customers and team members. Drivers must manage loading docks, inspect shipments for damage, verify product counts and signatures at delivery, and maintain cleanliness and order in their equipment and work areas. This dynamic role combines physical activity, technical skill, and interpersonal communication, providing growth opportunities within an essential industry that supports America’s food distribution system.
