In this hybrid role, specialists investigate complex and high-risk claims, including those with litigation features. The claims specialist consults with various parties involved in accidents such as police officers, medical professionals, and claimants to gather necessary information. The specialist will work primarily remotely but is expected to attend the office roughly four days per month for meetings, training, and team collaboration. Compensation for this role is competitive and varies based on location and experience. For example, salaries range from $88,000 to $115,000 annually in Anchorage, Alaska, and $81,000 to $105,000 annually in Honolulu, Hawaii. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a gainshare annual cash incentive payment of up to 24% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
