In this role, Zurich is seeking a Claims Concierge Service Executive to join its Claims Relationship Management team. This full-time, hybrid position is based in the Parsippany, NJ, New York, or Rocky Hill, CT hub offices and is designed to support the relationship management of mid-size, moderately complex accounts that require a balanced level of service intensity. The Claims Concierge Service Executive is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by acting as a key account representative, resolving customer service issues, and coordinating with both internal and external teams to deliver high-quality claims services. The executive partners closely with underwriting and brokers to communicate and promote Zurich's claims value-added services, thereby driving profitable growth and improving technical excellence. Key responsibilities include developing marketing presentations and claims service proposals tailored to prospective and current customers, ensuring high levels of customer service response, protecting sensitive claims information, and contributing to team projects and ongoing professional development. The role also entails occasional business travel, estimated at no more than 5 percent, to maintain direct engagement with clients and partners. Salary for this position ranges from $87,200 to $142,700, complemented by a 10 percent short-term incentive bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 4 or more years of experience in the claims or operations area
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the claims or operations area
  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an associate degree and 4 or more years of experience in the claims or operations area
  • Strong customer service acumen
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of business intelligence or other data systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 4 or more years of claims or operations experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 6 or more years of claims or operations experience
  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an associate degree and 4 or more years claims or operations experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of business intelligence or other data systems
  • Insurance industry experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with multiple management levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills

Job Duties
