We are a specialized cryogenic transport carrier seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for dedicated regional projects across the continental United States. You will engage in dedicated regional routes lasting from one to six months, working on a rotation of 21 days on the road followed by 7 days at home. This consistent schedule allows for a healthier work-life balance without sacrificing income or job security. When your rotation ends, the company covers your flights home and back to the project site, ensuring you travel comfortably and with minimal hassle. Throughout your tenure, your assigned truck remains exclusive to you and securely parked during your days off, reinforcing our commitment to personalized equipment and driver respect.\n\nCompensation is competitive and includes a starting daily rate of $300.30 for six days plus $125 for your reset day, with opportunities to earn between $85,000 and $100,000 in your first year. Pay raises occur every six months, adding $3 per day, capped at $324 daily. Certified cryogenic trainers additionally earn $100 more per day after their first year. New hires receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of orientation and training.
