Job Description
Bally's Corporation is a leading global casino-entertainment company with a robust and expanding omni-channel presence that encompasses ownership and management of 15 casinos across 10 states in the United States. This established company also features diversified entertainment options, owning a golf course located in New York and a horse racetrack in Colorado, along with access to online sports betting licenses in 18 states. Bally's recent acquisition of the Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, marks a significant step in expanding its international footprint and adding to its broad portfolio of entertainment venues. The company further enriches its offerings through Bally’s Interactive International (formerly Gamesys Group), a globally recognized interactive gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, an increasingly popular iCasino platform. Employing approximately 10,600 staff members, Bally's oversees a vast array of casino operations that include around 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. The company also holds development rights to land in Las Vegas, following the closure of the Tropicana. With a merger announced with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc., Bally’s portfolio is poised to grow with an addition of four casinos across three states. This expansion will include entry into the state of Iowa, an increase of over 900 employees, and the addition of roughly 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to its portfolio. Moreover, Bally’s will inherit Queen’s substantial economic interest in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. This dynamic growth is establishing Bally's as a powerhouse in the casino-entertainment industry both domestically and internationally.
The role available at Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort focuses on enforcing comprehensive policies to guarantee safe, fair, and efficient operations of the casino while delivering outstanding guest services throughout the facility. This position is essential to maintaining operational integrity and customer satisfaction at the property. The role demands constant vigilance, as the employee will be strategically positioned at the casino’s three entrances around the clock, ensuring compliance with state laws by verifying the identification of individuals entering the premises and monitoring all guest activity. This position includes staffing the Security Dispatch Center 24 hours to oversee all radio communications, surveillance monitoring, and coordinating responses with Surveillance, Fire/EMS, Police, and other departments. The role also involves managing the Card and Destruction Room seven days a week, where all cards and dice removed from the gaming floor are inspected and destroyed properly. Additionally, employees handle the Badging Office, where badges for staff, vendors, and visitors are created and maintained. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the casino facilities, assist guests by providing information and services, and maintain a safe environment by promptly reporting hazardous conditions. This role requires working in various environments, including hot, cold, noisy, wet, and dusty conditions, often under rotating shifts that may include overnight hours. It is important to note that this position does not involve law enforcement duties such as managing disturbances or arrests but focuses on observation, compliance, and guest support. Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort offers competitive compensation starting at an hourly rate of $19.00 and provides comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and employee perks, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to join a growing and reputable casino-entertainment leader.
