This position plays a key role in facilitating an enjoyable dining experience for guests visiting the various restaurants and food establishments within CityWalk. The role involves greeting guests promptly with warmth and professionalism, managing seating arrangements efficiently using an open table seating system, and communicating menu offerings and daily specials to restaurant patrons. By ensuring guests feel welcomed and attended to right from their arrival, the Food Host/Hostess directly contributes to the overall satisfaction and positive atmosphere of the dining venues. \n\nIn addition to guest interaction, the Food Host/Hostess will manage the waitlist and seating chart, quote accurate wait times, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the host area. Duties also include pre-bussing tables, replenishing menus, answering guest inquiries over the phone, and upholding hygiene and safety standards within the restaurant environment. This role demands strong communication skills, a keen sense of urgency, and the ability to remain composed and courteous under pressure.
