Job Requirements
- must have a minimum of 180 days active employment with the City of Coral Springs
- must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must commit to a minimum of 5 events per year
- must commit to a minimum of 1 year participation
- must maintain good employee standing
- current part-time or temporary assignment remains primary role
Job Qualifications
- current part-time or temporary employee of the City of Coral Springs
- must be in good standing
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- teamwork-oriented
- ability to follow safety protocols and training
- prior customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- assist with crowd management
- assist with traffic control
- provide parking support
- participate in formal training for emergency management protocols
- commit to working a minimum of 5 events per year including major city celebrations
- ensure a safe and organized event environment
- support other duties as assigned related to event operations
