The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Sunny Hotel presents a unique opportunity for driven and experienced food and beverage professionals to take a leadership role within a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Job Requirements
- must have 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience
- prior hotel food and beverage experience preferred
- must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- strong problem solving skills required
- good associate relations and conflict resolution skills
- prior cash handling experience required
- experience with scheduling payroll and labor management
- knowledge of MICROS POS system
- preferred Serve Safe certification
- TIPS or CARE certification required
- CPR certification preferred
- ability to obtain Hepatitis A vaccination within 10 days of hire
- availability to work AM and PM shifts
