The Citizens Teller role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the branch team in fulfilling its mission. As a Citizens Teller, you will be the friendly face welcoming customers into the branch, providing assistance with transactions and demonstrating the use of digital banking tools such as mobile apps and ATMs. The role requires a combination of technical proficiency with digital banking technology and strong interpersonal skills to help customers achieve their financial goals. By understanding and communicating the benefits of Citizens products, you will assist customers with personalized advice and solutions, while also referring them to specialized Bankers for advanced services. Strict adherence to financial policies, including accurate cash handling and compliance with local and state regulations, is essential to this position.

Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions including cash or digital payments
  • Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience with recommending products
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions
  • Customer-centric service mindset
  • Comfort with digital technology
  • Availability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
  • Completion of video interview assessment within 7 days of application

Job Qualifications
