Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- leadership experience in a high-volume branch environment
- minimum 4 years sales management in retail or branch banking
- proven success in meeting sales goals and branch targets
- ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- maintain partnerships with community and civic organizations
- comply with SAFE Act including background checks and NMLS identifier
- willingness to work 40 hours per week with variable schedule including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- leadership experience with proven coaching and development skills
- at least 4 years sales management experience in retail or branch banking
- successful record of managing objectives to meet sales goals and branch profitability
- ability to drive exceptional customer experience validated by satisfaction surveys
- strong partnership building with community organizations
- compliance with SAFE Act requirements including NMLS unique identifier
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- experience in retail banking
