The Valet Runner position at Circa Resort & Casino is an essential role responsible for managing guest vehicles in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Job Requirements
- Must process a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Must have or obtain all required work cards
- Must possess excellent guest service skills to effectively deal with guests
- Previous valet experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to drive and operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management in both written and verbal form
- Ability to communicate in English
- Proficient in computer applications
Job Duties
- Responsible for practicing supporting and promoting the company service standards at all times
- Demonstrate attention to detail and complete assignment accurately
- Ability to follow instructions provided in both written and verbal form
- High attention to detail and workplace safety
- Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Assist with guests in a prompt courteous manner
- Maintains communication and cooperation with other shifts and departments to keep fellow team members informed of all pertinent information
- Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage major streets landmarks and freeways in the area in order to assist customers
- Able to effectively park and retrieve guest cars without causing damage to the vehicle
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property including guest vehicles taxi cabs limousines and buses
