Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • basic computer skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • experience with basic GPS software
  • requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
  • manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
  • must be able to withstand prolonged periods of sitting
  • must be able to work indoors/outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors
  • work is typically in an area which may be noisy and may contain secondhand smoke

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal forms
  • must be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • ability to work effectively with associates, guests, and management
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • ability to process information through a computer system

Job Duties

  • Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times
  • provide customer service support for inbound calls and book reservations
  • maintain knowledge of all Las Vegas Casinos pick-up and drop-off locations as well as McCarran International Airport and private airports
  • receive inbound telephone calls from customers, VIP services, casino hosts, and reservations
  • radio dispatch accurate information to drivers
  • assign drivers to vehicles
  • answer incoming calls and inquiries from hotel guests, casino hosts, and limousine drivers
