Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- basic computer skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office
- experience with basic GPS software
- requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
- manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- must be able to withstand prolonged periods of sitting
- must be able to work indoors/outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors
- work is typically in an area which may be noisy and may contain secondhand smoke
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal forms
- must be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- ability to work effectively with associates, guests, and management
- excellent communication skills
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- ability to process information through a computer system
Job Duties
- Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times
- provide customer service support for inbound calls and book reservations
- maintain knowledge of all Las Vegas Casinos pick-up and drop-off locations as well as McCarran International Airport and private airports
- receive inbound telephone calls from customers, VIP services, casino hosts, and reservations
- radio dispatch accurate information to drivers
- assign drivers to vehicles
- answer incoming calls and inquiries from hotel guests, casino hosts, and limousine drivers
