The Booth Attendant role in the valet department plays a crucial part in maintaining the standard of guest services at Circa Resort & Casino. This position requires an individual who is not only knowledgeable about the hotel's various services and features but is also well-versed in the attractions and activities available in Downtown Las Vegas. The Booth Attendant serves as a primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service support via inbound calls, booking reservations, and dispatching drivers efficiently. Responsibilities include managing communications with VIP services, casino hosts, and limousine drivers while ensuring the prompt assignment of drivers to vehicles. The role demands a friendly, composed professional who can multitask in a high-volume environment, displaying excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer systems including GPS software and Microsoft Office. The position typically involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work within a potentially noisy environment with exposure to secondhand smoke, requiring physical endurance to withstand prolonged periods of sitting and the manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • basic computer skills, comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • experience with basic GPS software
  • requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
  • manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
  • must be able to withstand prolonged periods of sitting
  • must be able to work indoors/outdoors and be exposed to various environmental factors
  • work is typically in an area which may be noisy and may contain secondhand smoke

Job Duties

  • Practice, support, and promote Company Service Standards at all times
  • provide customer service support for inbound calls and book reservations
  • maintain knowledge of all Las Vegas Casinos pick-up and drop-off locations as well as McCarran International Airport and private airports
  • receive inbound telephone calls from customers, VIP services, casino hosts, and reservations
  • radio dispatch accurate information to drivers
  • assign drivers to vehicles
  • answer incoming calls and inquiries from hotel guests, casino hosts, and limousine drivers
